While quality food & beverages are the products for which we bill the Guest at the end of his or her meal, they are not the only reasons to come to our restaurant. Guests come here to be treated well, and expect to be treated well, every time.
Service, like our menu items, must be provided to each of our Guests with quality and consistency. We also seek to provide clean and comfortable surroundings in a friendly, upbeat atmosphere. In fact, we pride ourselves on providing a complete delightful experience for each Guest, and we'll do our very best to meet the needs of each of our Guests and exceed their expectations. In short, we aim for: 100% Guest Satisfaction.
We want our Guests to feel as though there is no limit, (within the bounds of reasonable, socially acceptable behavior) in the effort that we'll go to make them happy. This is our attitude. That "yes, I can" attitude, which allows us to adjust to any party's needs or desires. Some Guests want their server to be a stand-up comic, some want the invisible server, and some want Speedy Gonzales . . . and since you're the guest, what you want is what you should get.

S.A.B. American Bistro delivers the best standards in food, wine and service in the area. Opening in Buford in October in 2008 made us realize there is a discerning palette in this area and there is no reason to drive south to Atlanta or Buckhead when you can get the same level of service, food, as well a retail wine store to fill your needs when you are not dining out.
